Can you do a steam trap survey (test all our steam traps)?

Answer: Absolutely, testing and documenting a facility’s steam trap population is part of our standard scope of work. The effort identifies opportunities within the trap population to save energy as well as potentially reduce maintenance and resolve equipment issues and/or increase equipment efficiency. We test steam traps by using a combination of infrared temperature measurement, thermal camera photography, ultrasonic inspection and visual observation. What type of steam trap programs do you offer/provide?

Answer: We offer a variety of steam trap programs to meet the specific needs of each customer. These can range from a periodic inspection/testing and repair/replacement program to a complete steam trap replacement effort with or without a future maintenance program. The type of steam traps used, and the manufacturer of such, can be determined by the customer as well. We can provide turnkey solutions or act as technical support for your personnel or chosen contractor.
